Sarah's Day Body Bloom: Review
We are all looking for things that will make us feel and look great. I am no different. I have followed the Australia-based YouTuber, Sarah’s Day for a couple of years now. She has produced everything from workout eBooks to clothing wear to supplements, such as Body Bloom. I have not yet had the chance to try her workout books or her fitness/fashion wear, but I love it. She has been an inspiration for living clean and healthy but also showing that you can still enjoy your food and life. I highly recommend checking her out, in general.
Now, let’s get into Body Bloom. (a product of Tropeaka – Check out this product and more HERE.)
Who is Sarah's Day?
Sarah is a youtube influencer in Australia who shows how to live a healthy whole life. She has done it all from creating workout books, a clothing line, supplements, and recipes. Honestly, the list goes on. She shows not only the glamour but the grind.Â
What is body bloom?
Body bloom is an inner health and beauty powder supplement with pre and probiotics for healthy digestion. Which is great given most of our immune system is located in our gut. Body Bloom also has a skin enhancement blend utilizing collagen for that youthful and healthy glow.
Why am I using it?
I am using this due to autoimmune issues that I am hoping to holistically manage. In addition, it is a beauty supplement that keeps your skin the largest organ on your body, hair, and nails in good shape.Â
Do I feel a change?
Honestly, yes I do. I have felt better physically and have had more healthy digestion. My hair is healthier than ever and I color my hair. My nails grow quickly, long and strong. So its effects are noticeable.
Cons:
For me, the only con is the taste. The directions say to add it to a smoothie, juice, or water. In a smoothie, it has been fine, but in juice or water, the product does not dissolve as well as I would like. In water, with nothing to mask the taste, it’s not unpleasant but it’s not great. It leaves a lingering aftertaste. however, it may just be my over-sweetened American tastebuds. So my solution was instead of dissolving a teaspoon or two in a full glass of water, I put a teaspoon in a shot glass and fill it with water, stir and shoot. This makes the duration of the taste last less.
Pros:
Overall, I like this product. I use only 1 teaspoon in my morning shot so I am able to stretch the product a little longer and at the end of the day consistency is what matters most. I have seen improvements in my hair, skin, nails, and gut after 30 consistent days of usage. I can only hope for it to get better with continued usage and additional dietary changes.
Wrap up:
If you have concerns with your hair, nails, or complexion, you may want to give this a go. Or just use this as your pre/probiotic. Whatever your reason to pick this up, I feel it would be a beneficial addition to any repertoire of healthy eating.Â
